Q: When will I be billed for my monthly subscription?
A: On the 15th of every month!
Q: Can I change the cards I receive from the subscription each month?
A: Yes! Each month you can log into your profile via the manage subscription button in the main menu and do a product swap from one card to another, and add as many cards as you wish!Â
Q: What if I forget to select my cards for next month?
A: We will send you the same cards as last month! We don't want this to happen though so we always send you an email 48 hours before your subscription renews to remind you to update your subscription for the following month.
Q: If I live outside of the United States can I purchase a product?
A: Currently we don't ship outside of the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon!
